Add locations for advertising

NPG users can earn money and make their site profitable with advertising. They would be interresting as on wordpress to have an extension that allows to add js code from the admin panel. The exention can have several location for the code js: in the head, before the comments, after the comments, in the page of connection, in the footer ...
